Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern access to the MKPC website and the booking, purchase and performance of pest control, treatment, inspection, disinfection, sanitization and related services supplied by Maa Kamakhya Pest Control.

Services Covered

• Cockroach control, rodent control, fly management, spider control, lizard control and mosquito control.
• Bed bug treatment, anti-termite treatment, wood borer treatment, disinfection and sterilization services.
• Residential, commercial, institutional, AMC and periodic service arrangements where separately contracted.

Quotations and Booking

• Quotations may be based on customer information or physical site inspection and may be revised if actual site conditions differ materially.
• A booking is confirmed only when MKPC accepts the request and applicable quotation, access, documentation and advance payment conditions are satisfied.
• Submitting an enquiry through the website does not itself create a binding service contract.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information about infestation, sensitive occupants, pets, food areas, prior treatments, restricted areas and structural conditions relevant to safe treatment.
• Customers must provide safe and lawful access, permissions, electricity, water and compliance with preparation instructions where required.
• Failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions may reduce treatment effectiveness and may affect warranty or complaint-service eligibility.

Treatment, Safety and Results

• MKPC intends to use products and procedures permitted for the relevant application under applicable Indian laws and regulatory requirements.
• Treatment may include chemical treatment, gel, baiting, trapping, larval treatment, residual treatment, spraying, misting, drilling, injection and integrated pest-control methods.
• Pest control results depend on infestation severity, pest lifecycle, site hygiene, structural defects, neighbouring infestation, weather and customer compliance.

Repeat Visits, Warranties and Complaints

• Some services require multiple visits, and customers must provide access on agreed dates for the treatment program to remain effective.
• Warranty applies only when expressly stated in an accepted quotation, service contract, warranty certificate, invoice or work order.
• A warranty generally provides eligible inspection or re-treatment and does not automatically constitute property-damage insurance or a cash refund entitlement.

Payments, Cancellation and Refunds

• Prices are those stated in the accepted quotation or invoice, with applicable taxes and separately chargeable additional work where relevant.
• Cancellation rights and charges are governed by the Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy and applicable consumer law.
• Non-payment may result in suspension of future services or warranty visits where legally permissible.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

• Website information is provided for general service information and should not be treated as medical, toxicology or structural-engineering advice.
• The MKPC name, logo, website design, photographs, written content and marketing material are owned by or licensed to MKPC.
• Users must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, submit false enquiries or copy substantial website content for unauthorized commercial use.

Liability, Law and Disputes

• MKPC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural weakness, untreated neighbouring infestations or external conditions beyond reasonable control except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights.
